Dear --
It is summer and the light is shining fully upon us. It is a wonderful time to go outside and recharge each of your cells. Close your eyes and turn your face towards the sun and draw the light into the palms of your hands, into your eyes, heart and belly. Allow the sun to burn away anything that does not serve you so that you may simply exist as your true nature. Enjoy your inner sun!
